Planning and Zoning Department

Under the direction of Zoning Administrator Grant Garn, the Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals are responsible for the enforcement of the Zoning Codes in the Township.

The Zoning Commission meets on the second Monday of each month at 6:00 pm.

The Board of Zoning Appeals meets as needed on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 pm.

Grant is a long term resident of the Perrysburg area who likes to help people and assist them in the zoning process. He graduated from Saint Rose Grade School, Perrysburg High School, and Bowling Green State University with dual majors in Insurance and Land Economics. After careers in  insurance, real estate, construction, kitchen & bath design, and the home renovation & restoration businesses, he was hired as the full time Perrysburg Township Zoning Inspector in 1999. He is also in charge of the Property Maintenance Code and is a member of the Ohio Code Enforcement Officials Association
